The website is hosted by IONOS SE (Germany).

Lesson terms

Lessons are paid for afterwards.

You can cancel a lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before. After that, the full lesson is charged.

There are no free trial lessons. If you’re unsure, I offer a 10- or 15-minute introductory call on Zoom.

One-to-one lessons are set at least 24 hours in advance.

Privacy

This website uses no cookies and no advertising. To know how many people visit it, I use Umami, an anonymous statistics tool: it stores no cookies or personal data and cannot identify you. The fonts are served from the website itself.

The hosting provider logs technical data about visits, such as the IP address, for security reasons.

If you write to me (by email or using the form on the website), I use your name, your email address and what you tell me only to reply and organise the lessons. I don’t pass your data on to anyone.

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to mariaelena@tuespanolalacarta.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
